Spring Sun and Fun

It was 84 degrees today and we had a great time outside with our friends. Just thought I would share a few fun photos with everyone.

Christ is Risen!!! Happy Easter Everybody!!!

Happy Easter to all our family and friends! I hope you all had as beautiful a day as we have. The Easter Bunny came Friday night per our special arrangement we have with him. The kids woke up Saturday morning and enjoyed hunting eggs and their Easter baskets. Sunday morning we woke up and went to an amazing Easter service at our church and returned home to cook Eater lunch for us and the TN Rutig's. We look forward to a great afternoon with Jon, Danielle, and our nephew JD.

Easter Egg Hunt at Church

We just got home from a great afternoon at the church with the kids. They had an egg hunt, inflatables, snowcones, games, and a petting area. Madison didn't want to leave she had so much fun! Hunter had a blast and thought it was great that he got to pick out a lollipop every time he played a game!

Vacation in Texas!

We just got back from our vacation in Texas. My brother, Michael and sister-in-law, Elise have lived there for about 2 years and we finally made it out there for a visit! We had a great time!!! They live in a great town and have a beautiful house. They made us feel so welcome. When we arrived they had a birthday party planned for Madison. Aunt Elise had made her an awesome carrot cake (Madison's favorite)!!! The house was all decorated in cowgirl birthday decorations! At the end of the week we went to the Fort Worth Zoo. It was jam packed, but Madison had a great time. She could see everything from Uncle Mike's shoulders. Thanks Mike and Elise for a great time!

Birthday Party at Madison's School

I went to Madison's school on Friday and spent the day with her and her class. I got to read at a center, watch her exercise class, and have cupcakes with her friends. It was a great morning.

Just Like Daddy

Hunter loves shoes! His personal favorites are Daddy's shoes though. I guess this is what they mean by walking in your Daddy's footsteps.

A Little Early Birthday Fun

We are going to Texas to visit my brother Michael and his wife Elise for spring break. We will be there for Madison's birthday and they are planning a party for her. So we had a little early birthday cake and fun here with Uncle Jon and Aunt Danielle. Madison had a great time!

Snowman!

Our snowman before was kind of week. So when daddy got home he made sure we had a suitable snowman.

More SNOW!!!!

More snow today! Mike and Jon are on their way home from VA (Boys weekend) and Danielle is on her way home from work.(School was called at 10:30) I took the kids out for a little fun in the snow!
